User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the website ebouquet.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and users of the Site services (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). By using the Site services, you automatically agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The website ebouquet.com.ua offers the possibility of ordering and delivering flower bouquets.
1.2. Use of the Site means the User’s full agreement with this Agreement.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he/she will immediately stop using the Site.

2. Registration and processing of personal data

2.1. Registration on the Site is not required to place an order.
2.2. Providing personal data (name, contact phone number, delivery address) is a necessary condition for order fulfillment.
2.3. The site processes personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

3. Registration and execution of the order

3.1. Orders are accepted using the form on the Website or by contact phone.
3.2. After placing an order, the Site manager will contact the User to confirm the delivery details.
3.3. In case of impossibility to fulfill the order (lack of flowers or other reasons), the Site undertakes to inform the User about this and offer alternative options.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment for the order is made using one of the methods offered on the Site (bank card, online payment, etc.).
4.2. The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the User when placing the order.
5.2. Delivery time is agreed with the manager.
5.3. In case of delays due to reasons beyond the control of the Site (weather conditions, transport restrictions), the User will be notified in advance.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. The Site is not responsible for delivery delays due to data provided incorrectly by the User.
6.2. The Site reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of a violation of the Terms of this Agreement.

7. Return and exchange of goods

7.1. Return and exchange of flower products is not carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All materials posted on the Site (texts, photographs, design) are the property of the Site and are protected by Ukrainian legislation.
8.2. Copying and use of materials without prior consent is prohibited.

9. Changes to the Agreement

9.1. The Site reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without notifying the User.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website.
