Rules for return and exchange of goods

Dear customers!

We value your trust and make every effort to ensure that you receive only fresh and perfect bouquets. Due to the specific nature of the product (fresh flowers), returns and exchanges of bouquets are not made.

This is in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, which establishes a list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return. Live flowers are included in this list.

Please note:

• Our florists carefully create each bouquet to the highest quality standards.
• Before handing over the order, the courier checks that it matches the stated description.
